Brushing at least twice a day and flossing at least once a day are important for your dental health, but your oral hygiene routine cannot provide complete protection against tooth decay and gum disease.

The American Dental Association recommends professional checkups and dental cleanings every 6 months.

Routine dental cleanings prevent plaque build-up from wreaking havoc on your oral health. We will remove built-up plaque and calcified plaque, also known as tarter or calculus. We will also check for signs of gum disease and other oral health issues.  We will clean your teeth with your comfort in mind and address any concerns you have, so you can leave with a healthy smile and that silky-smooth feeling.

At every exam, we will check your mouth for signs of disease. Your oral health is an important part of your overall health.
